Even the highest-quality laboratory equipment or furnishings can experience malfunctions or breakdowns. We understand how inconvenient this is for you, and we’re here to help.
In collaboration with our expert partners, Labolutions provides repair services to get your equipment back in optimal condition. We adhere to the same warranty terms and conditions as all our European manufacturers and suppliers.
To ensure optimal service and communication, we kindly request that all service, repair, or warranty issues be reported via our Service, Repair, and Warranty Registration Form. Unfortunately, we cannot process your request without this registration.
This registration is a key part of our quality management system, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If, after consultation, you need to send a defective device to our workshop, you can download a decontamination form below. Additionally, if our service technician is scheduled to visit your facility, this form must already be submitted to us. Our technicians are required to refuse service if this form is not available.
Completing and submitting the decontamination and/or clean handover form is mandatory. We regret that we cannot process any repairs without this documentation.
This policy is in place because laboratory equipment and defective furnishings—such as chemical ovens, centrifuges, fume cupboards, or microbiological safety cabinets—may be chemically or microbiologically contaminated.

Service contracts
Labolutions also offers validation services for safety cabinets and laminar flow cabinets. This includes tasks such as HEPA filter integrity testing and airflow measurements in work areas and access openings.
Do you need customized solutions or have specific requirements? We’re happy to assist! Would you like to completely outsource the maintenance of your laboratory equipment? With a service and maintenance contract for periodic maintenance, you can focus entirely on your research with peace of mind.
