Shipping Costs and Conditions

We maintain a transparent and fair policy regarding shipping costs, based on the nature and size of your order:

1. Small equipment and accessories

• For small and general laboratory equipment, accessories, and spare parts, such as products from Phoenix Instruments, HMC, Hermle, Ohaus, Bimos, MMM Medcenter, Euromex, and Pregl Digital, we charge a fixed rate of € 27.50 per order or order line for totals up to € 2,000.00 (excl. VAT).
• This fee covers administration, packaging, and logistics costs.
• In case of exceptions or specific laboratory projects, we will contact you in advance to discuss the details and any additional costs.

2. Large or customized equipment

• For customized or large-scale equipment, such as safety cabinets, cold storage units, and other major laboratory equipment, we charge 3.85% of the listed price as a contribution to administration, packaging, and logistics costs.
• This percentage applies only to equipment with a value above € 2,000.00 (excl. VAT).

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the type of order and product category. We aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible:

1. Fast-moving equipment

For common laboratory equipment, small tools, and accessories, the average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days.

2. Customized or made-to-order equipment

For customized products, such as microbiological safety cabinets, incubators, and factory options, the delivery time is typically 8 to 12 weeks.

3. Laboratory furnishing projects

For full laboratory furnishing projects, delivery times are tailored to your specific project requirements. Contact us for a personalized delivery schedule.
